No. Archer is not a CRM and we're not trying to replace yours. We sit alongside your existing CRM and amplify it. Think of us as the intelligence layer that captures conversations, stores them as memories, qualifies leads and surfaces opportunities. We integrate with the tools you already use, so you don't have to rip anything out.
Archer is built for real estate agents and agencies in Australia and New Zealand. Whether you're a solo agent looking to win more listings or a principal managing a team of 50, the platform scales to fit. We understand the local market, the compliance landscape and the way agents actually work day to day.
We're property people driving technology, not the other way around. Our team comes from real estate and understands the daily reality of prospecting, open homes and vendor management. We built Archer because we saw firsthand how much time agents lose to admin, scattered communications and manual follow-up. The technology exists to solve the problem. Someone just needed to build it properly.
Not yet. We're focused on getting it right for the AU and NZ market first. The compliance requirements, communication norms and property data landscape are specific to this region, and we want to nail those before expanding. Your data is yours. We use the best available models to power conversation intelligence, lead scoring and automated responses, so you always benefit from the latest advances without having to think about it.
Archer uses a proprietary scoring engine built specifically for the Australian and New Zealand property market. It's not a generic algorithm. We integrate with property data platforms, listing portals and CRM systems commonly used across Australia and New Zealand. Our integration layer is built to be flexible, so as new platforms emerge we can connect to them. Specific integration details will be shared closer to launch.
No. That's the whole point. Archer is designed to plug into your existing tech stack. We don't ask you to rip out your CRM, change your email provider or learn a completely new system. We add conversation intelligence and prospecting capability on top of what you already have.

Yes. Archer works for solo agents and large agencies alike. For agencies, principals and managers get visibility across their entire team. You can see every agent's pipeline, conversation activity and lead status in one place.

Pricing & Plans
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no contract required. You can cancel anytime. We believe if the platform is delivering value, you'll stay because it works, not because you're locked in.
Yes. We offer a substantial discount for annual subscriptions paid upfront. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days, but the savings are significant enough to make it worthwhile for agents who are committed to growing their business.

Data & Privacy
You do. Your data is yours. Full stop. We don't sell it, share it or use it to train models for other customers. Archer is a tool that works for you, and your client relationships stay exactly that: yours.
Yes. Archer is built to comply with Australian and New Zealand privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act and the Spam Act. We take compliance seriously because our users' reputations depend on it.
Your data remains accessible for export for a period after cancellation. We'll never hold your data hostage. You can export your contacts, conversation history and lead data at any time.
