Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Archer is operated by FieldFlow Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 30 690 850 116). We provide an AI-powered prospecting and communications platform for real estate agents. Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual subscription agreements.

3. Platform Usage

Archer includes AI-powered communication and lead qualification tools. These tools assist with prospecting and relationship management. Results are indicative and do not constitute professional advice. You remain responsible for all communications sent through the platform.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Archer connects to third-party services on your behalf to deliver its features. These integrations may include, without limitation, Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Calendar via the Microsoft Graph API), Google Workspace (Gmail and Calendar via the Google APIs), Telnyx (voice and SMS), Apple Push Notification service, and other providers added from time to time.

When you connect a third-party account to Archer:

  • Your use of that integration is governed by the third party’s own terms (for example, the Microsoft Services Agreement and Microsoft APIs Terms of Use; the Google API Services User Data Policy) in addition to these terms.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and any multi-factor authentication settings on the connected account.
  • You authorise Archer to perform actions on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant — for example, reading your inbox, sending email, or creating calendar events.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of Archer with third-party data complies with the policies of those providers and any applicable law, including privacy law as it relates to contacts and leads whose data you bring into Archer.
  • You may revoke Archer’s access at any time via the third party’s account settings; revocation immediately prevents Archer from making further calls to that service on your behalf.

Archer’s use of data received from third-party APIs is described in our Privacy Policy. Archer does not sell your third-party data, does not use it to train generalised AI or machine-learning models, and does not share it with sub-processors for any purpose other than delivering Archer features back to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on this website is owned by Archer or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Archer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
